So I realize I haven't posted in over a month. When you don't post for that long, you need to post something really great - funny, insightful, hart warming - you know, to make up for the long absence. Something that shows that you weren't posting because you were too busy out thoughtfully living life to sit down for 15 minutes at your desk to record something. If that is what you are hoping ( and I'm sure that is what my 4 readers are hoping for !)SORRY.

I have not been out thoughtfully living life. I have been stuck to my computer, frantically trying to develop staffing training courses for the good old Government of Alberta, my former employer. The upside of that is that:

1. I haven't had to go outside often so the weather hasn't bothered me as much as it might have. In fact, with my space heater in my office I can make it as hot as Hawaii - even that erupting volcano in Hawaii.

2. I will eventually get paid for this stuff.

The downside is:

1. My house is messy

2. My muscles are atrophying

3. I have dreams ( ok - nightmares) about things going wrong during the pilot of this course. Last time it included trying to entertain several children while facilitating the course. Where could that have come from? Maybe from trying to simultaneously entertain Eve while working? hmmmm.

A few more weeks, and it will all be over.....hopefully. I know my family will be happy about that. Our bank account will be happy about that. Let's hope the client will be happy too.
