I was at young women's camp from Wednesday morning to Saturday evening. It was quite a time.I am still recovering. Highlights include: hiking in beautiful Waterton national park, jumping into glacial waters, eating smore's every night with nutella, an impromptu dance party in a rented reunion centre while the storms raged outside (partying till1:00am, when we had to leave to go back to our soaked tents ), being with the youth in the temple, a beautiful testimony meeting and of course, so many giggles and more hugs than I have had all year.
Girl's camp is alway special - even it it rains and gail force southern Alberta winds force you to abandon all those cool crafts you expected to do - because nature is beautiful and the girl's spirits are even more spectacular - glad I went.
Kudos to Andrew for holding down the homefront. I came home to happy girls - whose hair had even been brushed.
