Went Christmas shopping with Eve yesterday. Decided to try and sneak a singing Brobee toy into the cart since it was the only one left on the shelf and he is Eve's favourite. Eve kept running back to the You Gabba Gabba toys and when she saw it was gone she was sad. Then later when I was trying to get her out of the store she saw it. (oops) But at least she was happy and came with me to the checkout. I said it was for Chase. I had the cashier hide it in three bags while Eve was enthralled with the candy at the checkout. When Eve couldn't find it in van, I said we had to leave it at the store. Again she was sad, but luckily no tears.

Anyway, One gift down...lots more to make and get. Gotta love Christmas - the hustle, the bustle, the shopping, the giving, and of course, the lieing to your children.....
