Me: Why is the floor all wet?
Alice: Eve spilled a cup of water
Eve: No, Chelsa did it?
We all laughed - since Chelsa wasn't here. Eve thought for a bit then said,
Eve: Not me, Not Chelsa, Terry did it. (Terry was over yesterday)
Me: are you blaming Terry for something you did?
Eve: Yup.

Alice (after I did her hair for church): This ponytail is as tight as Professor McGonagal's bun.

We are in the middle of Harry Potter, and the Prisoner of Azkaban. She is really into it.

Jackie: I am so tired of reading the scripture EVERY NIGHT. Why do we have to do it every night.

I am getting a lot of eye rolling from Jackie and Alice lately. I makes me smile, because I think it is good practice for me for when they are teenagers. She mostly enjoys reading the scriptures, she just wishes she would get to read more picture books. We are working on that.
