One of the most fun things we did during spring break was go to the Science Centre with our number one Science Guy. The girls and I had never been there, and we all had a super time. It was great having Andrew there to add extra science perspective and to keep everything so organized (we got there right as it opened, which I'm sure would not have happened if I had been going solo - and it was lucky because we were definitely not the only family who decided to go to the science centre that day). Jackie liked the outing so much that she has added the Science Centre to her weekly " when are going back there?" list which means it is right up there with the Cabin, Calaway Park, and swimming. Jackie liked the circle display, and the movie, Fly me to the Moon, the best. Though her new found interest in space flight is not really visible in this picture.

Evie was all about the water table - and really what toddler wouldn't be. She mostly behaved herself though. She mostly only splashed herself and only made one older kid whine about being wet. I wish I had one of these things in my kitchen when I am making supper. It is way nicer than the pot of water and cup I have resorted to this past week.

One of Alice's favourite things was beating Jackie in the race of the brain waves. The competitor who is the most relaxed wins. Jackie had an early lead, I think because she wasn't as focused as Alice was on winning. Alice credits her win to the deep breathing she started to do near the end. She also thinks the meditation sound "ummm" helped her to. For those that don't know, Alice really likes to win.

So we had a great time, and will definitely go back. Though as I tell Jackie, almost daily, probably not till the the summer time.
